This is a very nice, 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with a large living room, dining room, and kitchen area looking out over the valley. There is one queen bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds.   A large deck adds to the outdoor living space.

The cottage has everything you need except fresh food. The run in shed is perfect for 2 horses, the pasture is fenced with water and electric outlets and there are lights up to the shed.  We are on the GMHA trails for great riding.  Or just relax and sight - see!
